Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that you may keep any bonuses, even if you decide to return the product.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—there may be some delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank for any additional processing time.
